Tasty Solution

Enjoyable. Easy to understand and presents a feasible solution to the problem from a knowledgeable perspective. I have only attempted a few of the recipes, so far, but based on the results, more to come. I would recommend this book for anybody who is interested in living a healthy life while still eating well.

This book is amazing! So many great tips and recipes... I have been trying to eat healthier for some time and this book has really helped me make substantial progress. Very useful!

Not worth buying

The author definitely did extensive research. The whole book is a regurgitation of everything out there! He probably sat in Barnes and Nobles for hours taking notes to publish this book to make a quick buck and get his name out there.
I would let the public know that it is best to get a desi cook book that is not self-published or used to self-promote already existing ideas and make it his own. Seriously...the man has too much time on his hand.
It is best to go to the very popular books published by chefs of the very popular food channel who actually know what they are talking about. Check out how many times he has to use M.D. to just try to promote his ideas. Is he nutritionist? ABSOLUTELY NOT. An R.D? No. He is just some 50lb overweight schmuck who decided to write this book, which is might I add, is very poorly written. Did he even have an editor?
Its great that websites are now allowing self published books but it is unfortunate to see books such as these. I agree with the previous rater...SAVE YOUR MONEY.
